Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks an Apparel Sample Maker in Chicago, IL to construct and sew top-quality samples using a straight-needle sewing machine. You will assist in small lot cutting, interpret tech-pack instructions, and collaborate with Technical Design to improve sewing productivity and product quality.

A hands-on role with growth opportunities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong English reading and following verbal instructions are required; prior garment cutting/sewing

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using a straight-needle sewing machine.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
• Experience cutting and sewing garments.

Responsibilities

• Construct and sew top-quality samples using a straight-needle sewing machine.
• Support and assist in small lot cutting as needed.
• Follow verbal and written instructions from a tech package on garment construction.
• Collaborate with Technical Design and provide input to improve sewing productivity and product quality.
