Tersus Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sewing Lead based in Englewood, CO. You will oversee daily sewing and repair operations, lead the repair floor team, and ensure quality and SLAs are met.

This role drives workflow, coaching, and continuous improvement while maintaining a collaborative environment. Ideal candidates have leadership experience in manufacturing or repair settings, strong communication, and a passion for lean processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing/repair operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to coach and motivate employees.
• Comfortable making decisions independently within guidelines.
• Experience in apparel repair, industrial sewing, outdoor products, or warranty operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Repair & Warranty repair operations and ensure SLAs.
• Coordinate sewing, shipping, and intake to move work efficiently.
• Monitor production against daily goals and adjust priorities.
• Provide direction to the Shipping & Intake Team and coach on quality and procedures.
• Escalate concerns to Department Manager when needed.
• Foster a positive, professional team culture and develop sew techs.
