Job summary

Carhartt is seeking a CRAFT Module Operator (Sewing Operator) to perform daily manufacturing tasks at our Domestic Sewing facility. You will sew, repair, cut, inspect, pack and ship products, striving to meet quality and production goals in a fast-paced environment.

This onsite role requires basic math and reading skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot minor machinery. You must adhere to all policies and safety practices, with overtime possible as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sewing, repair, cutting, inspect, packing and shipping of products.
• Maintain satisfactory quality and production goals and attendance.
• Visually inspect material during the sewing process to identify defects.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures established by the Company.
• Troubleshoot basic machinery problems and request service or repairs as needed.
• Demonstrate and encourage safe work practices at all times.
• Work overtime when necessary.

Associate Responsibilities

• Perform daily manufacturing operations as required, to include:

Required Education
