B-Sew Inn, a family-owned sewing and creative enthusiast retailer, invites you to join as a full-time Retail Service Advisor. You will coordinate between customers, service technicians, and store teams to coordinate sewing machine repairs and service requests while upholding our core values.

This role includes Saturdays. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, providing estimates, and enhancing customer experience through strong service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-year technical degree or similar related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at service check-in and determine service needs.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance/repair issues on sewing/embroidery machines.
• Provide service estimates and communicate costs to customers.
• Maintain customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Sells service contracts and encourages repeat business.
• Maintain tidy service area and assist with basic retail tasks.
