Job summary

The Retail Service Advisor position at B-Sew Inn is a full-time role based in Oklahoma. You will coordinate communication between customers, service technicians and store team members to ensure smooth sewing machine repairs and service initiation.

You will provide accurate service estimates, explain coverage, and pursue opportunities to sell service contracts while maintaining customer records and delivering excellent guest care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-year technical degree or similar related field preferred.
• Ability to learn and apply new skills with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between customers, service technicians and store team members.
• Initiate machine services and repairs by identifying performance problems and needs.
• Provide service estimates, explain provisions and exclusions; obtain customer approval for changes.
• Sell service contracts and maintain customer records with current contact information.
• Assist in basic sales and inventory paperwork and participate in physical inventory.
