Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent repair experience (2+ years preferred).
• Experience performing maintenance on electromechanical devices (sewing machine repair experience is a huge plus).
• Ability to read service manuals, parts catalogs, and circuit diagrams.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and close attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics & Repair: Diagnose and resolve maintenance and repair issues on various sewing machine models.
• Machine Setup & Records: Set up new machines and maintain accurate documentation of machine repairs and parts.
• Inventory Control: Maintain inventory of critical parts and submit orders as needed.
• Skill Advancement: Expand technical knowledge through ongoing manufacturer and in-house training.
