Qualifications

A Day in the Life of a Sewing Machine Repair Technician

As a Sewing Machine Repair Technician at Quality Sewing & Vacuum, your main responsibility is to ensure our customers' sewing machines run like new. Each day, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a wide variety of maintenance and repair issues, ranging from machine setup to replacing critical parts. You will use your mechanical aptitude to work with electro-mechanical components, while maintaining accurate documentation of your repairs and managing parts inventory.

This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with their hands and are passionate about detail.

While we hope to find technicians with previous experience, we understand this is a unique trade. Quality Sewing has a mentor-led, hands-on training program for all new technicians. If you have a good mechanical aptitude and experience repairing electromechanical devices, like appliances, cars, and ATMs, you will love this work! Pay & Benefits

• Compensation: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
