Martin‑Baker America seeks a detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operator to operate multiple sewing machines for assembling fabric, velcro, and webbing components in our production line. You will interpret blueprints and build plans while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role calls for strong manual skills, reliable work ethic, and the ability to stand for long periods. Training is provided for diverse sewing machines in a full-time on-site setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to measure to a tolerance of +/- 1/16".
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate various sewing machines to join and reinforce fabric and materials used in production assemblies.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and end-of-shift housekeeping.
• Follow blueprints, drawings, flowcharts and build plans to manufacture assemblies.
