The role involves checking in garments, loading designs, hooping items, and operating sewing machines on the 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) with potential overtime, including weekends.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and have basic English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Sewing/embroidery experience is helpful but not required.
• Basic communication skills in English (reading, speaking).
• Physical ability to stand and walk during shift; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Check in garments when they arrive.
• Load design onto the machine via computer.
• Hoop garment and prep for the next run.
• Operate machines while trimming the backing.
• Adjust tensions for sewing quality and fix errors as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and multi-task effectively.
