Work involves sewing, altering, and mending hospital linens and clothing, and assisting in linen room operations. Work is performed under supervision, with some instruction of personnel. Responsibilities include inspecting finished products for quality.

Work Location: Environmental Services/Laundry

Work Hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Department: NC Department of Health and Human Services / Caswell Developmental Center

Qualified candidates must document the following on the application:

• Knowledge of textiles and sewing/mending methods
