We're looking for a hands-on, detail-focused Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. The associate will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to sew and produce materials used in the production of prosthetic liners, maintaining high quality standards.

Job Highlights

• First shift position, pay range up to $16 per hour + overtime + production bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Sewing both straight stitch and over-lock seams
• Operating and adjusting sewing machines, replacing mechanical parts as needed
• Verifying fabrics, threads, and colors
• Accepting daily assignments from the sewing lead
• Reading production reports and work instructions
• Inspecting and repairing finished products
• Entering tracking data into the Alpha sewing database
• Performing basic maintenance on sewing equipment
• Participating in the stamping process as directed
• Properly storing work-in-process materials

Essential Skills Required

• 2-4 years of sewing experience in industrial or home settings
• Knowledge of sewing machine operation, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Attention to detail and quality defect identification
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic data entry and PC skills preferred
