Responsibilities

• Train new and existing sewing operators on specific machines and products.
• Ensure trainees operate equipment safely and to company quality standards.
• Educate operators on equipment setup and product/design changes.
• Evaluate candidates for sewing positions and communicate training needs to leadership.
