Job summary

Visu-Sewer Inc. invites applicants to join a Union Laborer Apprenticeship, a comprehensive two-year program designed to build skills in sewer and water construction.

Apprentices will train to operate trucks and equipment and perform repair, maintenance, and rehabilitation work for municipalities in the upper Midwest. We offer steady full-time employment with overtime, a clear path for safety training, and hands-on experience in trenchless technologies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Must possess and maintain Class B driver's license/DOT health card (must obtain within 90 days).
• Must be able to travel 3-4 nights per week (both in/out of town).
• Pass a background check and drug test screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive construction trucks and equipment to sites as part of a crew.
• Perform sewer repair, maintenance, and rehabilitation services.
• Receive training on workplace safety and equipment use.
