Job summary

Gabriella White, LLC is seeking hands-on sewing staff to produce high-quality fabric components for upholstered furniture, including cushions and panels. You will rotate between sewing stations, perform routine maintenance, and ensure work areas stay clean and organized while meeting production schedules.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of sewing experience, can perform leather sewing, serging, and double-needle sewing, and bring strong hand-eye coordination and reliability to the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sewing experience.
• Ability to perform leather sewing, serging, and double-needle sewing.
• Read documentation and translate instructions into finished products.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and a demonstrated strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Sew pillows and cushions per production schedules.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, including changing feet and folders and threading spools and bobbins.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; sweep and remove trash during repair week.
• Rotate between sewing stations to support production flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Sew a variety of pillows and cushions while following assigned production schedules
• Perform routine machine maintenance, including changing feet and folders and threading spools and bobbins
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; sweep and remove trash during repair week
• Rotate between sewing stations as needed to support production flow
• Perform other duties as assigned

How Success Is Measured

• Meeting production schedules based on skill level and ability to sew specific styles, including flatwork, cushions, zippers, borders, and slipcovers
• Consistently meeting company quality standards

What You Bring
