Job summary

City of Frisco is seeking a Maintenance Worker to support sewer system mains, pipes, and related utilities. The role requires performing installations, maintenance, and repairs while complying with safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Ability to plan and organize materials and respond to work orders efficiently.
  • Willingness to obtain required certifications within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the installation, maintenance and repair of sewer utilities including pipes and pumps.
  • Inspects work for compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards.
  • Operates and maintains equipment and vehicles, including a dump truck.
  • Responds to emergency calls and coordinates sewer repairs with appropriate action.
  • Maintains records, organizes tools, and ensures safe, clean work areas.
