Sewer Specialist

Job description

We are looking for a highly technical, professional sewer specialist. If you have experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in main sewer lines, we want to talk to you! Other requirements include excellent customer service and sales skills. Must be available to work some nights and weekends on occasion.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
2. Understand the logistics, parts, and materials of sewer systems.
3. Know how to establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services.
4. Educate and assist customers on the importance of sewer repair and replacement.
5. Use sound judgement to work through the troubleshooting and diagnostics of sewer system blockages.
6. Operate and maintain camera equipment needed for sewer line tasks.
7. Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
8. Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
9. Join the on-call rotation.

Job Requirements

1. Willing to pursue, develop, and participate in continuing education.
2. Possess and maintain a valid and clean driver's license.
3. Desire to serve our customers at the highest level.
4. Willingness to work overtime and "on call" shifts as needed.
5. Must be able to lift over fifty pounds.
