Job summary

A leading plumbing company in Louisville, KY is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to lead residential installations and sewer projects. The ideal candidate will possess a KY Plumbing License and showcase strong communication and leadership skills. Offering competitive pay, bonuses, and a full benefits package. Qualifications

• Must have current KY Plumbing License - Journeyman.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience with sewer and water service installations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physically capable and safety-focused.
• Monday–Friday availability with rotating Saturdays.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring plumbing installation crews.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to code.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential plumbing installations, including sewer and excavation projects.
• Operate hand tools and excavators for exterior digging and installation work.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout projects.
• Provide accurate recommendations, solutions, and project updates.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites that reflect company standards.
• Promote and protect the brand through quality workmanship and customer service.
• Lift and transport plumbing materials up to 75 lbs regularly.
