Job summary

Miller Pipeline, LLC in St. Louis, MO is hiring Sewer Locators to inspect, locate, and map sanitary and storm sewer systems using robotic CCTV equipment. You will work on site with a safety-focused team and drive CMVs as needed, performing data entry and mapping tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with computers/electronics and data entry.
• Clean driving record and ability to obtain a DOT physical; CMV driving and regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Properly lift tools, objects and equipment of varying weight.
• Data entry on PC video recording software.
• Regular maintenance of mechanical and electronic equipment.
• Use receiver to accurately locate sewer mains and laterals.
• Legibly draw sewer map of construction area.
• Communicate with city utility departments.
• Transfer data between rig and central servers.
• Set up and maintain safe job site and safe work practices.
• Operate vehicles used for hauling.
• Assist in the demolition, take-up and reconditioning of old pipe.
• Score and break asphalt or concrete with a jackhammer.
• Repair backfilled trench areas with grass seed or asphalt.
