You will use cable machines, hydro jetters, and camera inspections to diagnose blockages and propose repairs, with driving to customer locations and strict OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in plumbing or drain cleaning (residential preferred).
• Valid California driver’s license with an acceptable driving record as required by company policy.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Preferred: hydro jetting and sewer camera inspections; familiarity with trenchless repair methods; knowledge of California plumbing codes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and clear blockages in drain and sewer lines using cable machines, hydro jetters, and other approved tools.
• Conduct video camera inspections to identify issues such as cracks, root intrusion, or collapsed pipes.
• Provide accurate assessments and recommendations for repair, replacement, or maintenance services.
• Prepare and complete work orders, service tickets, and related documentation accurately and timely.
• Communicate professionally with customers, explaining findings and service options.
• Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
