Bee’s Plumbing and Heating is seeking a Plumbing and Sewer Sales Specialist to blend technical plumbing knowledge with outside sales. You’ll diagnose sewer and drain concerns, coordinate with field teams, and present clear, professional recommendations to homeowners.

You will explain findings and options, monitor projects to align with contracts, and advance customer solutions while upholding Bee’s standards and policies.

Qualificações

• Proven sales experience and a self-motivated, results-oriented attitude.
• Strong knowledge of sewer and drain systems and repair techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to assess customer needs and present solutions clearly and professionally.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outside sales consultations focusing on sewer and drain services.
• Assess customer needs, diagnose sewer and drain concerns, and recommend repairs.
• Explain findings, installation methods and service options clearly.
• Apply knowledge of general plumbing, camera operation, drain issues, and standard tools.
• Monitor repair, sewer and re-pipe jobs to ensure timelines.
• Coordinate with Field Drain Technicians, Supervisors, PSI Technicians and Sales Coordinators.
• Resolve contractual and job-performance concerns with customers and supervisors.
• Represent Bee’s professionally and follow company policies.
