Job summary

Vortex Companies, LLC seeks a Cleaning Crew Supervisor to lead sewer cleaning and jobsite prep. The role oversees crews, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality per project plans. Regular travel with at least 50% overnight stays is required, with local travel as needed.

You will participate in safety meetings, daily reports, and coordination of resources to keep projects on schedule and compliant with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant field experience with foreman/supervisor roles.
• Experience in sewer cleaning, jet/vac, CCTV inspection, trenchless rehab, or underground construction preferred.
• Requires high school diploma or GED and being at least 18.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily sewer cleaning and jobsite prep activities.
• Coordinate crew, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to maintain progress.
• Ensure safety requirements are followed per company and OSHA standards.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, risk assessments, and equipment inspections.
• Oversee operation of sewer-cleaning equipment and related tools.
• Ensure work meets project plans and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports and production records.
• Travel regionally with overnight stays (≥50%).
