Job summary

Hydromax USA is seeking a Sewer CCTV Operator – Crossbore in Charleston, SC. The role focuses on operating CCTV and robotic systems to inspect sewer networks, generating detailed reports, and entering data into GIS databases.

You will lead daily safety talks, coordinate field operations, and support crossbore risk prevention while ensuring project timelines and safety protocols are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months CCTV Operator experience.
• DOT Medical Certification or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Travel up to 2–3 weeks at a time; ability to work weekends/nights as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety talks and ensure crew safety.
• Operate CCTV and robotic camera systems for municipal sewer pipelines.
• Capture video, generate condition reports, and update GIS/database.
• Coordinate with team to meet project timelines and safety protocols.
• Read maps and use inspection software to document findings.
• Repair and maintain CCTV unit; communicate with software vendors.
