Job summary

Hydromax USA is seeking a Crossbore Technician in Garner, NC to support robotic CCTV inspection systems and field equipment used to identify underground cross bores. You'll work under experienced field personnel and report to the Field Operations Manager, gaining hands-on experience and developing in-demand technical skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to walk 7,000–10,000 steps daily across different terrain
• Comfortable working around sewer systems (PPE provided)
• Ability to safely lift and carry 50+ lbs occasionally, 10-20lbs regularly
• Basic familiarity with smartphones, tablets and computers
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Compliance with driver qualifications and vaccination program detailed below

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, locating, and maintaining robotic inspection equipment.
• Deploy inspection equipment into pipelines using cranes or hooks.
• Set up and maintain safe work zones, including traffic control and flagging.
• Mark locations on the job site with utility marking paint.
