Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Work quickly and efficiently to strip hotel room linens, remake beds, clean bathrooms, vacuum, replenish supplies, and report any damages or items needing repair.
• Work in common areas to ensure things are organized, clean and tidy.
• Be a great team member who is willing to do what it takes to complete daily housekeeping rosters on schedule.
• Greet guests in the hotel as needed and answer questions in a welcoming and positive manner.
• Assist with laundry duties such as loading washers & dryers, folding linens, and/or preparing housekeeping carts. These duties will not exceed 15% of assigned duties.
• Other job duties as assigned and in accordance with business needs.

Housing

Employees share housing with a roommate and communal spaces with other team members. Shared bedrooms with 1-3 others, communal cooking, leisure, and gender-separated shower/restroom facilities, accommodating up to 54 employees in shared spaces. Apartment-style housing includes 2 bedrooms (2-4 residents), a kitchen, bathroom (4-8 residents), and television. Employees may share a bedroom with a roommate and the common areas with 4-8 other staff members.
