Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to serve as a Designated School Official (DSO).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required.
• Knowledge of XML datafile troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student enrollment and manage batch registration each semester for all enrolled students.
• Manage software updates and security certificates on SEVIS server and RTI.
• Troubleshoot and resolve batch system issues.
• Document business requirements and data elements for functional areas affecting students.
• Translate requirements into batch processes and workflows.
• Disseminate statistical data on international students for planning and reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date federal regulations knowledge.
• Advise students on maintaining F-1 status and related benefits.
• Coordinate arrival process for new students and check-in requirements.
• Monitor SEVIS Alerts and Data Fixes.
