Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a Night Shift Lead to direct and supervise activities for setup and operation of specialty production machines. You will provide developmental training to operators and oversee production quality within your area of responsibility, acting as a leader for your immediate workgroup.
The role requires strong mechanical, math, and communication skills, with experience as an A operator/set up operator and the ability to work independently on a rotating night schedule.

Direct, coordinate, and participate in the activities of a group involved in the set-up and operation of multiple and similar specialty production machine styles for the manufacture of a variety of company products. Provide developmental training for operators and oversee quality of production within designated area of responsibility. This individual will perform as a leader of their immediate work area.
