Job summary

Luke-Family-of-Brand is seeking a Setup Associate in Indiana to assist with event setups, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and other setups. The role reports to the Setup Team Lead and requires attention to detail and the ability to obtain a forklift certification if not already held.

This is a part-time, non-exempt hourly position with flexible hours including nights and weekends. Prior experience with event setup is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Setting tables and chairs for all event spaces.
• Moving and organizing tables, chairs, carts and setup equipment.
• Setting place settings.
• Setting ceremony spaces.
• Assisting with airwall draping.
• Bagging and stickering donut favors.
• Assisting with quick flip or room changes.
• Returning setup items to proper storage locations.
• Communicating damaged, missing, or low inventory items to Setup Team Lead.

The Setup Associate would be responsible for setting up tables, chairs, linens, place settings, donut flavors, draperies and other event needs. The Setup Associate reports directly to the Setup Team Lead.

Setup Associate duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Setting tables and chairs for all event spaces
• Moving and organizing tables, chairs, carts and setup equipment
• Setting place settings
• Setting ceremony spaces
• Assisting with airwall draping
• Bagging and stickering donut favors
• Assisting with quick flip or room changes
• Returning setup items to proper storage locations
