Responsibilities

• Handle pre-litigation settlement negotiations from demand through resolution.
• Communicate directly with insurance adjusters to negotiate bodily injury claims.
• Evaluate case value by reviewing liability, medical treatment, and damages.
• Draft and send demand packages with supporting documentation.
• Consistently follow up with insurance carriers regarding demand status and offers.
• Strategically negotiate to maximize settlements while maintaining professionalism.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all negotiations, offers, and communications.
• Provide attorneys with case updates, settlement recommendations, and file status reports.
• Work closely with case managers, medical records, and demand teams.
• Identify cases that may need to be escalated to litigation.

Pay: $28.00 – $38.00 per hour (DOE)
