Qualifications
Minimum one year of experience with medical records and billing.
Experience with spreadsheets.
Knowledge and experience with various Microsoft digital tools.
Responsibilities
Confirming with medical providers that clients have been treated.
Preparing files to be disbursed and verifying costs.
Meeting with clients to present the settlement payment.
Collecting client online reviews.
Working one-on-one with Attorneys and the Case Management team.
