Job summary

CTC Group is seeking Business Financial Professionals for SETA positions to assist in the execution of the Program’s Budget through the creation/maintenance of spend plans, requisitions and their supporting documents.

Responsibilities include validation of ULOs, End of Year activities support, and entering requisitions in the NSA’s financial management system. The role requires experience with FACTS/CMIS/CDW and preparing MIPRs/EAOs.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
• MS Excel proficiency including formulas and pivot tables is required.
• NSA’s financial management systems experience (FACTS/CMIS/CDW) is preferred.
• Experience with creating/maintaining spend plans and requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with validation/completion of Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs).
• Assist Government Business Contract Management Offices with End of Year activities and Actual data calls.
• Enter requisitions with proper information and documentation (PSC#, PAR, SPAT, BER#, Acq Sec#).
• Prepare non-complex MIPR and EAO requisitions in NSA’s financial management system.
• Process incoming MIPRs and EAOs to ensure Agency acceptance.
• Create and maintain spend plans in the financial system.
• Modify requisitions to comply with contracting guidance for funding obligations.
• Assist Government Program Managers in tracking requirements through approval and certification.
