Job summary

Cabinetworks Group Middlefield, LLC is seeking a skilled operator to set up products and deliver to finishing, while coordinating with the whitewood team to expedite older materials. You will inspect parts, use various saws, and follow safety protocols.

Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. The position is a full-time, first-shift role with a pay range of $21.00–$27.00 per hour and potential overtime on Saturdays.

Qualifications

Must be able to read move tickets and produce correct parts before finishing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This job includes lifting, standing, and walking throughout the department.
Self-directed, detail oriented, and safety-conscious in a fast-paced shop.
Ability to use various saw equipment and a tape measure.
Understand product flow to ensure correct units are produced first.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set up product correctly and deliver to the finishing area.
Must communicate with members of the whitewood team to ensure the oldest materials are expedited first.
Examine parts for quality defects and repair/replace as needed.
Utilize machining and distressing techniques for special and custom parts.
Saw use is expected (table saw, vertical saw, power feed).
Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to read move tickets produce product correctly before sending it to finishing.
Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Must demonstrate the ability to be self directed and be detail oriented.
Strong focus on safety and quality.

Pay Range: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour

Hours range from 6:00AM to 6:30 PM M-F with Occasional Saturday overtime
