Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG is seeking an Equipment Operator in South Carolina. You will set up machines, perform first checks, and assist with ramping production while supporting operators on the shop floor.

You will follow documented procedures, inspect components, and maintain accurate records. The role emphasizes safety, PPE use, and adherence to product specifications, with shift premiums and a strong benefits package.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Ability to use instruments for measuring and to identify defects

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

Ability to operate basic machinery

Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred:

Minimum of one (1) year of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment

Experience working with power tools

Salary Range: $21.20 - $23.85

• 2nd and 3rd shift premium available
