Western States Envelope & Label in Butler, WI, is hiring a Setup Operator/Adjuster. The role focuses on setting up envelope folding machines, operating department-wide machinery, and configuring equipment to meet customer specs.

You'll troubleshoot, perform minor repairs, and support quality and efficiency on the line. Starting pay is $24.00/hour with paid training, guaranteed wage increases, and several shift options.

GUARANTEED PAY INCRESES

• Raise after your first 30 days
• Additional raises every 90 days
• Earn approximately $1.20 more per hour within your first 90 days

SHIFT OPPORTUNITIES:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30AM-2:30PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM +$1.50/hour shift premium
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM+$2.0/hour shift premium

QUALIFICATIONSSUCCESSFUL PEOPLE IN THIS ROLE HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior Manufacturing experience preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ability to stand for approximate duration of scheduled shift (minus paid breaks), lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, repetitive grasping, frequent, twisting, lifting above shoulder height, occasional bend, reach, crouch, or stoop. Sensory requirements are tactile/touch with hands and digits, near and far visual acuity, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Reasoning, mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills for appropriate operations of the equipment.
