Job summary

Fehrer-Automotive is seeking a Set Up Mold Operator to prepare molds for production changes and support the manufacturing floor. The role includes setting up molds, cleaning and waxing molds, and assisting with mold storage and transport.

Responsibilities include reporting mold issues, tracking cleanings, and performing additional duties to keep the line running smoothly. Strong attention to detail and basic math are required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be forklift certified and able to operate safely.
• Strong reading and basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

Fehrer Set Up Mold OperatorSummary:Sets up molds for mold changes, cleans molds when needed, and fills in and helps on the production floor where needed.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Identify and report any mold damage or issues to the supervisor.- Track mold cleanings on log sheets.- Prepare molds for storage on racks, or shipment back to warehouse.- Clean and prep (wax) molds for production to run.- Additional duties as needed and assigned.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
