Amneal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Set-Up Mechanic to install, adjust, and maintain line equipment in a GMP-regulated environment in New Jersey. The role focuses on efficient, safe, high-quality operations and requires careful adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include setting up line machines per batch records, performing preventive maintenance, and conducting changeovers with minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, maintenance repair.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Able to use/operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, testers, and material handling equipment.

Responsabilités

• Set up, adjust, and operate manufacturing line machines according to product batch records.
• Conduct routine mechanical inspections and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Provide emergency or unscheduled repairs on production and/or line equipment.
• Perform changeovers between different products or formats efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Maintain lockout/tagout systems and accurate logs/documentation for setups, maintenance, downtimes.
