Job summary

EHOB, Inc is seeking a production helper to assist in all phases of EHOB production and to safely operate manufacturing equipment. You will implement ISO procedures, train new associates, and keep the production area clean.

The role requires following safety rules, performing tool installation and adjustments, and interpreting blueprints and work instructions. Strong math, Office software, and teamwork skills are desirable.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic with two-digit numbers and 10s/100s.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and work order systems.
  • Able to lift heavy objects using hoists, hand trucks and conveyors.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operates manufacturing equipment and follows ISO procedures.
  • Assists in training new EHOB associates and maintains clean production areas.
  • Follows safety procedures and performs tool installation, verification, adjustments, and removal.
  • Interpret blueprints, manuals and other work instructions.
  • Troubleshoot and repair production tooling.
  • Work without direct supervision.

PurposeAssists in all phases of EHOB production by performing the following duties.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Implements and follows ISO procedures.• Assists in the training of new EHOB associates and keeps production area clean.• Follows all safety procedures. Performs tool installation, verification, adjustments, and removal.• Other duties as assigned.Education and/or Experience• High school diplomaOther SkillsAbility to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.Ability to perform these operations using units of American weight measurement, volume, and distance.Reasoning AbilityAbility to think through complex situations to troubleshoot equipment and tooling. Ability to deal with standardized situations with complex variables.Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and work order systems.Able to lift heavy objects using hoists, hand trucks conveyors and/or lifting equipment.Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work well within a group or individual setting. Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to follow verbal and written instructions well.
