Job summary

Production Resource Group is seeking a Set Electrics Integrator in the United States. The role requires coordinating with designers, electricians and management to ensure design intent is delivered while maintaining schedules.

You will design control systems, create schematics for installations, and travel to sites to commission lighting packages and test automation systems. Candidates should have extensive CAD experience, familiarity with ETC consoles and DMX protocols, and the ability to lead

Qualifications

• 5 years designing solutions within discipline.
• BS/BFA/MFA Technical Theatre, Engineering, or Design, or equivalent experience.
• CAD fluent.

Responsibilities

• Interface with designers and electricians to deliver on the designer’s intent.
• Interface with Project Management to meet project deadlines.
• Provide ongoing support to existing electrical designs.
• Provide direction and supervision to Set electric shop personnel.
• Design control risers and schematics for permanent installations.
• Design electrical schematics fabricable in-house or outsourced.
• Travel to startup and commission lighting and control packages in the field.
• Bid/Design/Order/Program/Test automation systems for permanent installations.
• Assist in researching and implementing new Set Electrics products.
