Welo Data is seeking a Session Director to lead live recording sessions with voice contributors, guiding scripted scenarios toward natural, conversational delivery and authentic pacing.

You will coach performers, adapt wording on the fly, monitor mic technique, and maintain notes on adjustments. This freelance, remote role offers flexible hours and being part of a global contributor community.

Qualifications

• Direct voice talent with clarity and specificity.
• Able to adapt scripted material for natural delivery.
• Strong understanding of mic technique, room noise, and pacing.

Responsabilités

• Direct voice performers through scripted scenarios for natural delivery.
• Build scene context and improvise to fill gaps while keeping sessions flowing.
• Adapt wording for natural phrasing and dialect authenticity.
• Monitor real-time audio quality and adjust mic technique and levels.
• Maintain notes on adjustments and retakes to track progress.
• Create a supportive, low-pressure environment for performers.
