• Order weekly supplies by due dates and based on inventory
• Forecast production needs and follow standardized recipes
• Check quality and invoices for weekly deliveries
• Act as manager in the manager’s absence
• Handle cashier duties and customer interactions
• Unpack and store supplies in designated areas
• Assist in completing daily production records and closing paperwork
