Job summary

SERVPRO of Sarasota is seeking Water/Fire & Mold Remediation Techs. You’ll work hands-on removing water, mitigating fire damage, and remediating mold in homes and businesses, following safety standards and documenting work for customers.

Responsibilities

Water/Fire & Mold Remediation Techs

What You'll Be Doing

You will work hands-on across water mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, and mold remediation — extracting water, setting up drying equipment, cleaning and deodorizing affected spaces, and safely removing contaminated materials. You'll document your work along the way and communicate with customers with clarity and compassion, because how you treat people matters as much as the work itself. Above all, you'll collaborate closely with your crew chief and teammates, following safety standards that keep everyone protected.

Pay

$19–$25/hour based on experience, plus overtime, after-hours bonuses, and merit-based increases.

Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
