Job summary

SERVPRO® Team Cuthbertson is seeking a Restoration Technician to perform restoration tasks and maintain SERVPRO equipment and service vehicles in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on delivering quality, efficient work in a fast-paced environment and supporting a productive team.

You will load and prepare for each project, adhere to safety guidelines, and collaborate with managers and technicians to ensure smooth operations. A strong work ethic and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction industries is preferred.
• IICRC certifications are a plus.
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
• Set up staging areas and equipment for each project.
• Perform restoration processes as directed.
• Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Communicate with manager, supervisor, and other technicians to maintain efficient restoration processes.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
• Leave the jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Clean and maintain the warehouse, office, and grounds, as assigned.

The Restoration Technician performs restoration processes to meet the service needs of individual restoration projects and maintain the professional appearance of SERVPRO® equipment as well as an assigned service vehicle.
