What You Bring

• A solid work ethic, honesty, and accountability.

• A High School diploma/GED.
• Restoration, construction, or related experience—definitely a plus but not required.
• IICRC certifications? Even better!
• A valid driver’s license and willingness for on‑call shifts.
• Physical readiness: moving up to 100 lbs (with help), climbing ladders, working in attics/tight spaces, handling repetitive tasks.

Schedule

• Full‑time, between the hours of 7AM–7PM (Mon–Fri), minimum 40hrs/week. Expect evenings, occasional weekends, and local travel—with occasional out‑of‑area work.

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional up to 100 lbs (assisted), working overhead, in confined spaces, utilizing SERVPRO solvents, Entscheid hand tools and all day.
