Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering related field and 2+ years of experience or Master’s degree in the same and 0+ years of experience.
• Knowledge and experience with embedded systems design, control systems or signal processing.
• Familiarity with hardware/firmware intersections and automated testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop servo and SCOPY functionalities for next-generation HDD control.
• Analyze legacy code and hardware settings to remove bottlenecks in early product development.
• Collaborate to design, simulate, and implement HDD control solutions addressing complex physical and firmware problems.
• Validate and verify firmware and hardware robustness through rigorous testing.
• Bridge R&D to manufacturing by deploying solutions into high-volume production.
