Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Servicing Travel Advisor III on the Air Fulfillment Team to craft personalized itineraries, build lasting client relationships, and deliver premium service. You will collaborate with clients to address travel needs, book air and accommodations, and resolve disruptions while staying informed on industry trends.

The role requires extensive Sabre GDS experience and strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to manage a demanding workload and prioritize

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with Sabre GDS, including creative faring, Phase IV, exchanges, queue monitoring, and Sabre scripts.
• Proven experience as a travel agent with strong international booking expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a demanding workload, prioritize effectively, and resolve issues independently.
