Alstom is seeking an Onsite Servicing Supervisor in Los Angeles, CA to lead a team of about 20 employees and oversee maintenance of 55–60 locomotives. You will ensure adherence to federal inspection intervals while fostering a safe and efficient workplace.
You will coordinate with maintenance, safety, and HR, conduct audits, and develop training to boost performance and compliance. Strong leadership and railway experience are required for success in this role.

You’ll lead a team of approximately 20 employees and oversee the maintenance of 55–60 locomotives, ensuring compliance with federal inspection standards and fostering a safe, efficient work environment. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (maintenance, safety, and HR departments), conduct workplace audits and inspections, develop training programs to enhance team performance and compliance, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of ensuring compliance with maintenance guidelines and federal inspection intervals, but also fostering employee engagement and promoting a safe, efficient workplace.
