  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional investment or insurance solutions.
  • Support limited new client acquisition efforts while maintaining a primary focus on existing client service.

  • Salary range: $75,000 to $95,000 per year.
  • Salaried position with commission based on investments and insurance brought in.
  • Direct hire opportunity.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Manage and develop existing client relationships within a financial advisory setting.
  • Support client transition planning from senior advisors to the next generation of relationship management.
  • Participate in client meetings, planning conversations, and ongoing service reviews.
  • Provide guidance related to investments, insurance, and client financial goals.

  • Strong communication, listening, and consultative planning skills.
  • Comfortable discussing investment and insurance solutions with clients.
  • Professional, dependable, and motivated to grow within a relationship-focused advisory role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with an existing book of clients in a wealth management or financial planning environment.
  • Background supporting senior advisors or participating in client transition and succession planning.
