What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Conduct onsite training sessions for key customers on the installation, operation, and maintenance of products
2. Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations
3. Provide technical writing, support, and mentorship to customers during installation and maintenance processes
