What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Conduct onsite training sessions for key customers on the installation, operation, and maintenance of data center products
• Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals and hands-on demonstrations
• Provide technical writing, support, and mentorship to customers during installation and maintenance
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to identify customer training needs and develop customized training programs
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve training programs and materials

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Validated experience providing technical training and technical writing in a customer-facing role

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple training sessions simultaneously
• Willingness to travel an average of 10-50% to customer locations; a valid driver's license is required
