What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Conduct onsite training sessions for key customers on product installation, operation, and maintenance
• Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals and presentations
• Provide technical writing and mentorship to customers during installation processes

• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve training programs and materials

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
