Job Description: Services Sales Account Executive

Role Overview: This role involves collaboration with internal and external teams, focusing on end-user customers and channel transactions. Ideal candidates are those transitioning from Services Sales Engineering to account management, showcasing our platform's capabilities to existing and new customers across Japan.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage sales prospecting activities, including calls, networking, and industry analysis.
  2. Develop business for Services Solutions, including Professional and Premier Services.
  3. Manage customer programs from lead generation to onboarding.
  4. Provide post-sales support and collaborate with account executives.
  5. Increase account penetration through service promotion.
  6. Conduct service reviews and recommend operational improvements.
  7. Handle technical escalations and develop deep understanding of services offerings.
  8. Deliver customer demonstrations and train account executives.
  9. Coordinate with vendors and ensure service portfolio positioning.
  10. Follow up on service contracts and manage financial aspects, including forecasting and reporting.

Personal Skills: Autonomous, influential, customer-driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing regional business professionally.

Background & Experience: Proven sales experience in services, technical understanding, and ability to translate technical offerings into business value. Self-motivated, collaborative, and innovative in process improvements.

Knowledge & Skills: Demonstrable sales success, relevant degree or experience, complex service solutions management, negotiation skills, excellent communication, and industry-specific expertise. ITIL certification and willingness to travel are advantageous.
