Role Overview: This role involves collaboration with internal and external teams, focusing on end-user customers and channel transactions. Knowledge & Skills: Demonstrable sales success, relevant degree or experience, complex service solutions management, negotiation skills, excellent communication, and industry-specific expertise. ITIL certification and willingness to travel are advantageous.
